Method 1: Simply left mouse-click the title of the message to play the message. *For some users a new Internet window may appear with no apparent activity while the file downloads. The file may open automatically in QuickTime player. If this is not desirable please refer to method 2 below.

Method 2: Highlight the message you wish to hear by hovering over the title. Right mouse-click on the title and select "Save Target As..." Select a destination for the file such as your Desktop in the "Save in:" box at the top of the window and press "Save" at the lower right of the window. The file will download. Upon completion it can be opened directly from the download window or from the location you saved it to. The file will open in your default mp3 player. You can select the mp3-capable player of your choice by right mouse-clicking on the saved file icon and selecting "Open With" which will display a menu of compatible players on your computer.
